On the number of full users. A full user is a person who works in the browser on the whole system: planning, assigning work, approving, reporting and following cost. Work requesters, the people working in the field on the mobile app, are free on every plan, which covers meter readings, fuel, fault reports, job card progress, parts issued, photos and signatures. So your cost scales with the number of people running the system, not with the size of your field team.

No. What separates the plans is not the number of assets but how many sites and projects you run and which modules are on: Starter is one site, Growth up to three, Business unlimited sites and projects. When your asset base reaches the scale where a per-user price stops meaning anything, Enterprise takes over and the price is set on your asset register rather than on user count.

No. Starter is free and stays free: two full users, unlimited work requesters, one site, and the whole maintenance core, which is the asset register, preventive maintenance, work orders, faults, inspections, warehouse and the mobile app. It is not time limited and it does not degrade. A small team can run on it permanently.

Modules turn on. Nothing migrates, nothing is rebuilt and nothing you have entered changes: it is the same application and the same database on every plan, so the assets, history and documents you already have are simply joined by the dashboards, the cost ledger or the permits. You can add full users at any time.

Both. The published $15 and $55 are the annual rate, which is a twelve-month commitment in exchange for the lower price. Month to month is $19 and $59 with no term. Starter has neither, since there is nothing to bill.

A one-off, at the start. We import your asset list from whatever you keep it in, set up your sites, locations, roles and service templates, and train the office and the field separately, because they use different halves of the product. It exists because the plans that carry cost, permits and workforce are the ones where a bad first week is expensive.

On the size of your asset base. Past a certain scale a user count stops describing what a maintenance system is doing, and it starts making an operation ration its own logins. So the price follows the assets instead, and users stop being counted. Talk to us and we will quote against your register.

All prices on this page are in USD, per full user per month. Starter and Growth are built to be self-serve on a card. While we are onboarding our first customers every plan still starts with a conversation, so nothing is charged before your assets are in the system and you have seen them there.
